We asked for a room that we saw on the website, and the staff were so kind that gave us that great room with the nicest view. The Staff were the nicest people I have met and made us feel so great. The location was outstanding, we could walk 2 miuntes and we could find EVERYTHING we needed. Exchange office, Starbucks, Irish pub, etc. and feel the city alive right in the middle of Istiklal street. There was even a menu for pillows available in the room! We loved our stay !

The location was great. The guest relations team and concierge was fantastic. Breakfast at the rooftop restaurant was lovely. The spa facilities and team are also fantastic.

Everything lived up to exceptions, and the hotel looked even better than the photos! Staff were so kind and helpful. The room was in perfect condition and was cleaned during our stay. Check in was so easy and they had staff at the desk 24/7. We arrived late at night but somebody still showed us to our room. Location was amazing - only a short walk to the tourist areas. The hotel also had restaurants, Starbucks, a spa and gym however I was not able to make use of these as my stay was too short. Great value for money.

Rixos Pera is our default hotel for Istanbul. The staff are really great, very friendly and informative. The location is fantastic, with an array of shops, restaurants, istiklal street, pubs all within walking distance. There is a metro not too far and also on a bus route. The hotel itself is charming and has a wonderful 1920's nostalgic feel to it. The breakfast is rooftop, with a gorgeous view of the horn. The selection of food is wide and caters for many needs, you can request items that might not be readily available such as juice and omelettes or eggs cooked to your needs. The rooms are comfortable, the bed is large and cosy. We had a room facing the rear this time and we much preferred it due it being quieter. There is a mini bar in the fridge but also a small tuck shop right across the hotel for quick snacks which is open 24 hours! The adjoining restaurant makes excellent food, very reasonably priced but almost always busy so make a reservation.
